<p>En plus de présenter une cinquantaine de recettes destinées à optimiser son équilibre nutritionnel, l&rsquo;auteur nous éclaire vraiment sur les apports et bienfaits spécifiques à chaque produit, en mettant en lumière les aliments les plus vertueux. Non seulement les recettes sont simples et créatives, mais on en plus, on apprend plein de détails et astuces, qu&rsquo;il sera facile de mettre en application au quotidien : bien vu !</p>
<p>On élimine alors les toxines à coup de <em>Soupe de petits pois au concombre et à la menthe</em>, de <em>Salade de jeunes pousses au baies de goji, fenouil braisé à la mandarine et cardamone</em>, et autre <em>Green Gaspacho</em>.</p>

<p>Celui-là a un objectif bien précis : rassasier de façon saine les plus gourmandes d&rsquo;entre nous ! On y trouve alors une centaine de recettes équilibrées ainsi que des suggestions de menus établis par Florence Solsona pour changer ses habitudes alimentaires et adopter un hygiène de vie plus saine sur le long terme. L&rsquo;art de lutter contre les fringales &#8230;</p>
<p>Côté salé : j&rsquo;ai, pour ma part, bien accroché sur les <em>Brochettes façon Tandoori, </em>le<em> Quinoa au curcuma façon risotto </em>ou le plus léger<em> Cabillaud au citron vert</em> (parfait pour une dégustation froide, les soirs d&rsquo;été).</p>
<p>Côté sucré : pas mal d&rsquo;imagination pour limiter les calories et trouver quand même le plaisir des douceurs de fin de repas. <em>Granité fruité au gingembre</em>, <em>Cake à la patate douce</em> ou mon coup de coeur (très simple !) le <em>Yaourt Glacé aux myrtilles</em>.</p>
